     In 1996, we had occasion to hire Kevin Koop to remodel our kitchen and were very pleased with his service. Consequently, we did not hesitate calling on him once again for our recent bathroom remodel.

     From the beginning, Kevin displayed a willingness to work with us. He had a lot of good, creative suggestions; but in the long run, considered our preferences and our needs, and modified the plans accordingly. In addition, he remained conscious of our stated budget. Throughout the project, he was available to us, for questions, at all times. It is our opinion that the work has been quality, or Kevin has had it redone to meet his high standards.

     We noticed that, without exception, the subcontractors Kevin likes to use have a high sense of integrity, as do he and his associates. They were pleasant; there was no bad language; and discussions between the workmen were positive and encouraging. In general, they cared that this was our home; they respected our things; they did their best to keep dust out of the rest of the house; they cleaned up every day before leaving. Kevin or one of his associates was accessible to them as well at any time, to answer their questions. He has been quick to follow up on any shortfalls. The one problem we did encounter was handled as quickly and smoothly as possible.
