From this meeting, we will provide a rough estimate, and you determine if you would like to proceed further. Depending on the job complexity, a design/consultation fee will be charged to cover architect's drawings and other design/planning considerations. Any pictures or sketches that you can provide will put us a step ahead in the overall process. Our bids reflect labor and material costs plus a reasonable markup for overhead & profit.
